Our crew are full-time wages staff and we have worked together, in some cases, for over thirty years. To ensure continuity, productivity and the best way of carrying out the job on site, we also employ younger staff.

Trevor and Les, have worked together since 1980 and have proudly grown NK Asphalt from a small independent asphalt laying company into what is accepted by even our opposition, as the best in the industry.
Both Trevor and Les are full-time hands-on directors.
Les has worked in all facets of the crew and equipment and knows the best way to tackle any problem that arises with a minimum of fuss to you, our customer.
Trevor looks after the various works that may be required prior to asphalt being laid and has helped ensure the company is here for the long term so that we’ll be here if you need us again in the future.
Both Les and Trevor are available to visit site for advice, quotations and to provide information that only comes from experience and many years in the asphalt industry.
In addition to Les and Trevor, the company is run by Paul Calnon, Trevor’s son, our administration manager and Shaun Jackson, our asphalt supervisor. Paul and Shaun offer a dedication and enthusiasm that will ensure the best aspects of the company are carried well into the future for the benefit of both our staff and our customers.
The basis of our reputation for reliability is maintaining all our machines and equipment in optimum condition.
Servicing and maintenance is carried out by our own mechanic and apprentice in our premises in Maddington. With sixteen machines, eight trucks and numerous smaller pieces of equipment, regular servicing is essential.
